The Resource Organization for Jhum and Biodiversity (ROJB), to be established as an autonomous organization under the Project, will be provided comprehensive support as outlined below:

1. Technical Support: Five experts – one each in the fields of Forestry/Biodiversity, Community Mobilization, Livelihoods, Livestock, and Communication.
2. Administrative Support: Includes an Accountant, Administrative/Logistic Assistant, Driver, Office Assistant, and Office setup in the existing building of PMU/Partner Institution.
3. Financial Support: Funds for incurring research expenses. From the third year onward, ROJB shall mobilize funds for collaborative research, capacity building, and sponsored projects.
4. Roadmap & Deliverables: A detailed roadmap and deliverables for ROJB will be developed by the PMU with support from PMC.
